SETTINGS
The following table will help you select the basic settings for the ingredients you want to prepare.
Note: Keep in mind that these settings are suggestions.
Tips:
• AnyfoodthatcanbepreparedinatraditionalovencanalsobepreparedintheAirFryer.
• Shakingsmalleringredientshalfwaythroughthepreparationtimeoptimizestheendresultandcanhelppreventunevenlyair-friedfood.
• Alargeramountofingredientsonlyrequiresaslightlylongerpreparationtime;asmalleramountofingredientsonlyrequiresaslightlyshorterpreparationtime.
• Shakingsmalleringredientshalfwaythroughthepreparationtimeoptimizestheendresultandcanhelppreventunevenlyfriedfood.
• Ifsomefoodstustendtostickatthebottomofthebasket,thinktoaddsomecookingoilsprayinthebasketpriortoaddingtheingredientstocook.
• Donotprepareverygreasyingredients,suchassausages,intheAirFryerasthegreasecouldcatchre.
• Addsomeoiltofreshpotatoesforacrispyresult.FryyouringredientsintheAirFryerwithinafewminutesafteryouaddtheoil.
• Theoptimalamountforpreparingcrispyfriesis500grams/1.2lb
• Usepre-madedoughtopreparelledsnacksquicklyandeasily.
Pre-made dough also requires a shorter preparation time than home-made dough.
• PlaceabakingtinorovendishintheAirFryerbasketifyouwanttobakeacakeorquicheorifyouwanttofryfragileorlledingredients.
• YoucanalsousetheAirFryertoreheatfood.Toreheatingredients,setthetemperatureto140°Cforupto10minutes.
