5.7 External +5V with signal cable:
While PC VGA card pin9 with B+ : +5V input, When monitor power off and PC power on, the PC should be can
read the EDID data, Which saved in IC302 the external +5V from PC through P301 pin1, D301 to IC301 pin 5
(VDD) and IC301 pin 4 (RESET)
While PC first power on, IC401 is latch for no +7V power, the P-Test will high to reset IC301 again at pin 14, to
release the IC401 function of monitor deflection.
