PROGRAMMING
By
programming
the
changer
you
can
play
up
to
30
tracks
in
any
required
sequence.
FULL
lights
up
if
you
exceed
the
maximum
of
30
tracks.
e
In
STOP
mode,
press
P(rogramme)
to
open
the
memory.
PROG
lights
up
and
PROGRAM
starts
flashing.
e
Select
the
number
of
the
first
required
CD
using
DISC
SELECT
or
DISC
(on
the
remote
control).
e
Key
in
the
required
track
numbers
of
this
CD
using
the
0-9
digit
buttons.
Every
track
number
you
enter
in
this
way
will
be
included
immediately
in
the
programme.
The
display
always
shows
the
number
of
tracks
in
your
programme.
e
If
you
wish
to
store
tracks
from
another
CD,
you
should
first
enter
the
number
of
the
CD.
e
Press
P(rogramme),
STOP/CP
or
PLAY/REPLAY
to
quit
the
PROGRAM
mode.
Err
will
light
up
if
you
select
a
non-existent
CD
number.
CHECKING
THE
PROGRAMME
(REVIEW)
e
Press
REVIEW
prior
to,
during
or
after
programmed
play.
All
CD
and
track
numbers
appear
in
the
programmed
sequence
on
the
display.
Err
will
light
up
if
no
track
numbers
have
yet
been
stored.
With
REVIEW
you
can
proceed
more
rapidly
to
the
next
block
of
information.
PLAYING
THE
PROGRAMME
(PLAY/REPLAY)
e
Press
PLAY/REPLAY.
~
Playback
starts
with
the
first
number
of
the
programme.
The
EDIT,
P(rogramme)
and
C(ancel)
buttons
cannot
be
used
during
programmed
play;
search
for
a
particular
passage
Is
only
possible
within
the
track
being
played.
ERASING
A
PROGRAMME
(STOP/CP
or
OPEN/CLOSE)
e
Press
STOP/CP
twice
or,
if
the
CD
has
already
stopped,
just
once;
you
can
also
press
OPEN/CLOSE
straightaway.

The
programme
has
now
been
erased.
ERASING
A
TRACK
FROM
THE
PROGRAMME
(CANCEL)
e
Press
REVIEW
before
or
after
programmed
play
(STOP
mode).
Ail
CD
and
TRACK
numbers
appear
in
the
programmed
sequence
on
the
display.
e
Press
Clancel)
as
soon
as
the
number
you
wish
to
erase
appears.
The
number
has
now
been
erased.
Err
will
light

if

track

POSSIBILITIES
LISTENING
WITH
HEADPHONES
(PHONES)
e
Connect
headphones
with
a
6.3
mm
jack
plug
to
the
PHONES
socket.
e
The
sound
level
is
adjusted
with
the
LEVEL
control.
EDIT
The
EDIT
function
has
a
recording
rnade
(EDIT)
and
a
play
mode
(TIMER
EDIT).
In
the
EDIT
mode
you
can
store
the
recording
time
of
the
tape
in
the
changer
memory.
This
wil
determine
which
tracks
fit
on
one
side
of
the
tape
and
will
stop
automatically
after
the
last
track.
In
the
TIMER
EDIT
mode
you
can
store
a
required
playing
time.
If
necessary,
the
CD
or
the
programme
you
wish
to
play
will
be
partly
repeated
to
fill
the
entered
time.
NOTE!
The
EDIT
function
cannot
be
used
for
CDs
containing
more
than
29
tracks.
Err
will
ight
up
if
a
CD
contains
more
than
29
tracks.
Recording
in
the
EDIT
mode:
e
Press
EDIT
(in
STOP
mode).
EDIT
lights
up
and
Edit
appears
in
the
display,
followed
by
C
90.
e
With
kd
TRACK
Bi
you
can
now
select
the
required
recording
time:
C
30,
C
46,
C
60,
C
90,
C100
or
C120.
Other
recording
times
can
be
selected
using
the
0-9
digit
keys.
You
can
now
record
an
entire
CD
or
a
programme
(from
one
or
more
CDs):
an
entire
CD:
e
Select
the
number
of
the
required
CD
using
DISC
SELECT
or
DISC
(on
the
remote
control).
Playback
starts
immediately
with
the
selected
CD.
After
each
track
an
extra
pause
of
4
seconds
(AUTOSPACE)
will
be
inserted.
AUTOSPACE
lights
up.
After
the
last
track
that
fits
on
side
A
of
the
tape,
the
CD
changer
will
go
into
PAUSE
mode.
e
Turn
the
tape
over
or
select
the
tape
travel
direction
for
side
B.
e
Press
PLAY/REPLAY.
The
remaining
tracks
will
now
be
played.
After
the
last
track
play
will
stop.
If,
after
the
last
track
of
the
CD,
there
is
still
enough
space
available
on
side
B,
then
the
turntable
will
rotate
to
the
next
CD
in
the
CD
compartment
to
record
some
more
tracks
from
this
CD
(this
will
also
happen
if
the
last
track
has
been
recorded
on
side
A).
e
Press
STOP/CP
if
this
is
not
required.

(the
programme

stored
