The EarlyVue VS30 Monitor
Rear
The following illustration and table describe the ports on the rear of the monitor. The
illustration also indicates the monitor’s carry handle, integrated into the upper rear of the
monitor.
Connector Description
Nurse call port 3.5 mm phone jack for connection to the nurse call system.
USB port Standard USB 1.1 4-pin connector used for:
• Connecting the optional barcode scanner.
• Exporting data using the optional serial interface adapter.
• Importing QuickCapture and QuickAlerts configuration files
from a USB flash drive.
• Exporting and importing configuration settings using a USB
flash drive.
• Upgrading software from a USB flash drive.
