Main Screen
Aperiodic measurements include:
• Predictive temperature (in predictive mode)
• Temporal temperature
• NBP
Note
Pulse rate derived from NBP displays for three minutes, then times out.
Toolbar
Contains icons, panes, and buttons that provide access to menus and other functions.
Toolbar Item Description
Records
button
Opens the Records menu, where you can view and manage patient
records. A red circle to the upper right of the icon indicates the
number of unvalidated or otherwise pending records.
See Chapter 3, “Working with Patients and Patient Records,” for
details.
Settings
button
Opens the System menu, where you can:
• Change general settings, such as default patient type, date
format, and measurement units.
• View information about the monitor, such as serial number,
software version, and LAN/WLAN addresses.
Note:
Other settings on the System menu are available only to system
administrators.
See “Changing System Settings” on page 2-23 for details.
Limits button
Opens the Alarm Settings menu, where you can:
• Change general alarm settings, such as volume.
• Change alarm condition limits and turn auditory alarms on or off
for each physiological measurement.
