Managing Patient Information
3-6 EarlyVue VS30 Instructions for Use
Patient Records Tab
The Patient Records tab lists each patient for whom a primary ID has been assigned and
at least one vital signs record has been saved.
When you first open the tab, the list displays one entry for each patient, showing the
patient’s ID information and the date and time the last measurement was taken for that
patient.
You can touch a patient entry to expand it and view all saved records for that patient.
This view is referred to as trend view and can be displayed in tabular or graphical format.
See “Trend View” on page 3-8.
Note
Trend view for the current patient can also be accessed from the main screen by
touching the View Trends button on the patient bar.
To open the Patient Records tab
1 Touch the Records button on the toolbar.
The Records menu opens. Depending on current conditions, the Patient Records tab
may be displayed by default.
2 If the Records menu defaults to the Pending Records tab, touch the Patient Records
tab to open it.
The following table describes the buttons available in the Patient Records tab of the
Records menu, before expanding it to trend view. For information about the available
buttons in trend view, see “Trend View” on page 3-8. .
