Indicator Lights
The lights on the phone base, handset, optional charger, and optional
Voice Extension indicate the current status of the system. Please refer
to the table below.
Indicator Light Location Status What It Means
Green Power
Indicator
Phone Base,
Voice Extension
ON The power cord is connected
properly and power is being
provided.
Blinking There is no power but the
backup battery is okay.
OFF The power switch is in the
OFF position or there is no
power, and the battery in the
base is low.
Orange Charge
Indicator
Phone Base,
Optional Charger
ON The handset is being charged.
OFF The handset is not placed
on the base or is seated
incorrectly.
Speaker Button Phone Base Red - Blinking A Help Call is in progress.
White - Blinking There is an incoming call.
White - ON A telephone call is in progress.
White Talk Button Handset ON A telephone call is in progress.
Blinking There is an incoming call.
Reset Button Phone Base Blinking A problem has been identified.
