  If your Phocos Battery Charger doesn't respond after you power it on, the battery voltage may be too low (less than 33.6V/16.8V for the 48V/24V model) or the battery polarity is connected in reverse. First, check if the batteries and wiring are correctly connected, paying attention to the battery polarity. Then, try recharging the battery. If the issue continues, consider replacing the battery.
