If the data in the register is not up to date, then the register value is 1. If the process data has been written
to one of the registers, bit 8 in 40xx0 is set to 0. The value in register 40xx0 then remains 0 for the entire
operating time of the device. This is the case, for example, if the wireless connection fails. The IN process
data is retained in the Modbus table, but is no longer updated.
