If the data in the register is not up to date, then the register value is 1. If the process data has been written
to one of the registers, bit 8 in 40xx0 is set to 0. The value in register 40xx0 then remains 0 for the entire
operating time of the device.
However, in register 30xx0, bit 8 is reset to 1 as soon as the status of short-circuit detection is not up to
date. This is the case, for example, if communication with an input module fails. In this case, the IN process
data is retained in the Modbus table, but is no longer updated.
