How do I replace the QUIK-PAK™ electrode packet on my LIFEPAK CR Plus or
LIFEPAK EXPRESS debrillator?
Explanation:
Both the QUIK-PAK electrode packet and the CHARGE-PAK™ battery charger should be replaced at the same time after each use of the
defibrillator or when the readiness display shows the symbol.
Steps to resolve:
1. Press the ON/OFF button to open the defibrillator lid (voice
instructions will sound).
2. Press and hold down the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to turn
o the defibrillator voice prompts and save battery power.
3. To remove the old electrode packet, unplug the electrode
connector from the receptacle.
4. Slide the anchor pin from the slot.
5. Discard the outdated or used electrode packet according to lo-
cal regulations or in the trash.
