We hereby declare under our sole responsibility, in alignment with the terms of European Union Directive
number 89/336/EEC, 73/23/EEC,93/68/EEC and 94/797/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the
member states relating to Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), The Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and The
Telecom Terminal Equipment Directive, that the SwiftSite SS700 meets the requirements of the Directives in
full.
