SAFETY OPERATION MAINTENANCESETUP
Operating Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this
manual including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
Tool Set Up
Attaching the Handle
1. Fasten the Upper Handle to the Lower Handle.
2. Loosen the Set Screw and insert the
assembled Handle into the Handle Socket.
3. Tighten the Set Screw.
Bleeding
1. Turn handle counterclockwise
to open Release Valve.
2. Remove four screws holding on pump cover.
3. Remove Oil Fill Plug and top off hydraulic oil.
4. Apply pressure to saddle and quickly
pump handle several times.
5. Check Oil Fill Hole again and top off
with hydraulic oil if necessary.
6. Replace the Oil Fill Plug and turn handle
clockwise to close Release Valve.
7. Test several times for proper operation
before attempting to lift a load.

Do not open or adjust.

Adding Hydraulic Fluid
1. Remove the Cover Plate.
2. Remove the Fill Plug.
3. Add high grade hydraulic fluid into the fill hole
slowly until the fluid reaches the top of the hole.
Note: Do not touch the Handle when
adding the hydraulic fluid.
4. Assemble the Fill Plug, close the Cover
Plate, and reinstall the screws.
