  If the Piusi Dispenser motor isn't turning, here's what you can check: * Ensure the starting handle is in the ON position. * Reset the external residual current circuit-breaker. * Inspect the electrical connections. * Replace any burned-out fuses in the electric panel. * Change the faulty switch on the electric panel. Also, if the rotor is jammed, dismount it, check for damage or obstructions, and remount it. Finally, ensure the voltage is no more than 5% below the nominal voltage.

  If your Piusi Dispenser meter isn't accurate enough, it could be due to air in the suction line. Check the seals of the connections to resolve this. Another possible cause is a dirty measuring chamber. Try cleaning the meter measuring chamber.
