Do not clean any components which are not made of stainless steel with
a detergent for stainless steel. Use mild, non acrid detergents and a soft
cloth only.
6. Trouble shooting
EMERGENCY MEASURES:
1. Switch off the entire appliance.
2. Disconnect the appliance from the mains (fuse box of your household power
supply).
3. Contact the shop you purchased the appliance at.
Check the schedule below before you contact the shop you purchased the
appliance at.
THE APPLIANCE CANNOT BE SWITCHED ON.
Break in the power supply.
Check that the appliance is
connected to the mains. Check the
household fuse box. Is there a power
failure at your place of residence?
THE STAINLESS STEEL BODY IS SCRATCHED.
You used an unsuitable detergent,
e.g. an abrasive.
Use suitable detergents.
THE HOTPLATES ARE SCRATCHED.
You used unsuitable cookware with
sharp edges.
Use suitable cookware (s. chapter 3.4
SUITABLE COOKWARE).
SOME COOKWARE MAKE CRACKING OR CLICKING NOISE.
Your cookware is produced with
layers made of different kinds of
metal.
This is normal for such a cookware
and does not indicate a malfunction.
