Vcon defines the volume of cryoprotectant in the sample container at the start of the run.
F1, F2, Off1 and Off2 are the pump flow factors that define the flow rate for each pump in mL/rpm.
Flow rate = Fn * rpm + Offn
Ksol1 is the concentration of the solution delivered by pump 1. The solution provided by pump 2 is
assumed to have a concentration of 0%.
Setting F1, F2 or Ksol1 to 0 will disable the pumps.
KStart is the concentration of cryoprotectant that is in the sample carrier at the start of the run.
