You forgot the
master code
Reset the device.
The master code
returns to 999999.

Reset the master code
1. Turn o the power to the access control keypad.
2. Hold down the # key while restarting the power.
3. After hearing two Di . sounds, release the # key.
4. The keypad has returned to the factory settings. The master
password returns to 999999. The user data has not been deleted.
