notify you, and request you to install it.
If you change settings in the Flow web service while your V650 is plugged into
your computer, press the synchronize on FlowSync to transfer to the settings
to your V650.

Sync with Flow App
Before syncing make sure:
• You have a Polar account and have downloaded and installed Flow app
onto your mobile device
• You have registered your V650 in the Flow web service and synced data
via FlowSync software at least once
• Your mobile device has Bluetooth turned on, and airplane mode/flight
mode is not turned on.
To sync your data with iOs mobile:
1Sign into Flow app on your mobile.
2Press the side button on your V650 to view the side menu, and choose
SYNCWITHMOBILE from the menu to start syncing.
