Limited Warranty and Customer Service
LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD
Polaris Sales Inc. warrants from the date of delivery to the rst consumer,
that each GEM car sold as “NEW” and “UNUSED” and pre-delivered by
an authorized GEM dealer, will be free from any defect in material and/or
workmanship for a period of:
ONE (1) YEAR or 8,000 MILES; WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST
NINETY (90) DAYS, for rental use owners. Mileage restriction may not apply
to warranty on batteries in some states.
LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Polaris will repair or replace, as its option, all GEM parts found faulty in
material and/or workmanship, under normal use, maintenance and service,
with genuine GEM parts without charge for parts and labor, at any authorized
GEM dealer during warranty coverage period. Tires are excluded from
warranty as they are warranted by their respective manufacturers. Call
1.866.764.0616 for more details. All genuine GEM Accessories are warranted
with respect to parts and labor against defect in materials and workmanship
for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase to original retail purchaser.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Polaris Sales Inc. will warrant all parts provided under this warranty. All GEM
car parts replaced under warranty become the property of
Polaris and must be
returned to the factory for inspection, on request. Your authorized GEM dealer will
provide parts return service. Any other expenses incurred in obtaining warranty
repairs, including transportation, are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless
otherwise stated in this warranty
