CUSTOMER SERVICE
Prepare For Appointment
If you’re having warranty work done, please be sure to have your Vehicle
Identication Number (VIN) available along with all documents included
with your warranty folder. All work to be performed may not be covered by
the warranty. Discuss additional charges with the service provider. Keep a
maintenance log of your vehicle’s service history. This can often provide a
clue to the current problem. There are pages provided at the back of this
owner’s manual for notes.
Prepare a List
Make a written list of your vehicle’s problems or the specic work you want
done. If you’ve had an accident, or work done that is not on your maintenance
log, let the service provider know.
