4. Remove the plastic caps onto the ends of the existing front bumper. Insert the taper block f into the existing
bumpers's tube and fasten using (2) M8-1.25 X 20 mm flange bolts g and (2) M8-1.25 flange nylock nuts i (finger
tighten at this time). Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the opposite side.
5. Secure firmly the flange bolts g retaining the left
d and right e supports onto the existing front
bumper. Thereafter, firmly tighten the flange bolts
g retaining the middle section  onto the left d
and right e supports.
6. Make sure that the end of the left section  is held
firmly against the existing front bumper. Lock in
position by tightening the Allen socket machine
screw h installed in step 3. Secure firmly the
flange bolts g retaining the left section  onto the
middle section . Repeat step 6 for the opposite
side.
OPTIONAL HEADLIGHTS
Mounting holes are on top of the middle section  has to allow the installation of the Polaris optional headlights.
