2. Start new bushing evenly in moveable sheave.
Apply Loctitet 680 (PN 2870584) to the back
side of new bushing.
3. Install sheave onto puller with new bushing
upward as shown. Install the Number Two Puller
Adapter (#10) (PN 5020633).
4. Install nut onto puller rod and hand tighten against
installation tool.
5. T urn clutch sheave counterclockwise until
bushing is seated.
6. Remove nut from puller rod and set aside.
7. Remove installation tool and clutch sheave from
puller.
8. Repeat installation procedure for other moveable
bushing.
