8. Once the spring pins are removed, turn the clutch over
and remove the roller pins and outer clutch rollers as
shown.
9. Lift the stationary sheave off the moveable sheave.
CLUTCH INSPECTION
1. Clean the sheaves and inspect each of them for
damage.
NOTE
If either clutch sheave is damaged, the entire driven
clutch assembly must be replaced.
2. Inspect the compression spring for cracks or other
damage.
3. If removed, inspect the outer clutch rollers and roller
pins for excessive wear or damage. Replace as needed.
