• If you are under the age of 16 and without a driver’s license. In some states, a
motorcycle endorsement is also required. For more information on motorcycle

• Under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Unless all occupants are able to sit with back against the seat and feet firmly
on the floorboard.
• With a child safety seat installed in this vehicle.
• While using a mobile phone or other handheld device.
• Off-road.
