What to do if my POLTI Steam Cleaner is not producing steam?

  If your POLTI Steam Cleaner isn't producing steam, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the water tank is filled. If it's empty, disconnect the appliance from the power supply, fill the tank, wait about 10 seconds, and then try using it again. Also, make sure that the appliance is turned on. Another possible reason is misalignment of the arrows; check that the arrow on the base aligns with the arrow on the brush. Finally, if 60 seconds have passed since the brush started charging, the appliance may have entered a safety lock. If this happens, remove the brush and wait 15 seconds.
