What to do if there is no audio on the headset of my Polycom Telephone?

If you're not getting any audio through your headset on the Polycom Telephone, first, make sure the headset is correctly plugged into the port labeled 'Headset' on the back of the phone. Then, test the headset by placing a call to the phone and checking for incoming call information on the display. Lift the handset, ensure there's a dial tone, and place a call to another extension or number to see if the display changes. Also, check the status of the handset, speakerphone, and headset. If using a headset amplifier, ensure it is powered on and the volume is properly adjusted.
