Designation Specifications
1 Tension Display Mode
·TOTAL :The average value of the left and right tention is displayed.
·LEFT :The value of the left tension is displayed.
·RIGHT :The value of the right tension is displayed.

Linkage Between Manual/Auto
Tension
·RESET :No tension interlocking is done.
·M→A :When the mode is changed from Manual to Auto, the actual tension is reflected on the ‘Target Tension’
·A→M :When the mode is changed from Auto to Manual, the output is reflected on ‘Manual Control Output’
·RETAIN
:When the mode is changed from Auto to Manual, the output is reflected on ‘Manual Control Output’
When the mode is changed from Manual to Auto, the actual tension is reflected on the ‘Target Tension’
(※ Refer to page 19~20 for more information)
3 Output Maintenance
·Tension (T/S)
:If the tension is smaller than the set tension value, tension maintenance will operate.

·UNUSE :
OUT PUT HOLD is not used.
4 Alarm
EMS alarm and detector alarm are displayed. (※Refer to Page 13)
5 Sensor Selection
·PRTL (Load cell)
: The load cell is displayed.
·PR-LX (Pickup)
: The pickup is displayed.
6 Object Tension
The automatic target tension value is displayed using the gauge.
(in comparison to the tension full-scale value)
7 Actual Tension
The actual tension value is displayed using the gauge.
(In comparison to the tension full-scale value)
8 Output V The current output value is displayed in voltage.
9 Auto Tension/Manual Output Auto Tension / Manual Output mode is displayed.
10 Output % The current output is displayed in %(Percentage).
11 SPAN set Span value is set in manual mode.
12 P·I·D Gain Setup
The responsiveness of tension control is set in auto mode.
( You can set the gain which determines responsiveness of the tension control to the normal standard. However,
please make the adjustment if the responsiveness or safety is required to be improved by temporarily changing the
gain in accordance with the machine situation.)
