If you're not seeing a camera image on your smartphone when using the Powerfix Profi Analytical Instruments, here are a few things to check: * First, make sure you have the Powerfix PEKW 8 A1 app installed, as it's required to view the endoscopic camera's image. * Second, verify the WiFi connection between your smartphone and the endoscopic camera, paying attention to the network password. Refer to the section “Pairing the app with the endoscopic camera” for guidance. * Finally, if it's an internal error, try pressing and holding the Reset button for about 5 seconds until the status indicator flashes rapidly. Use a small, thin object to press the button.
