What to do if PowerTech Antenna LED displays |------ or ------|?
    • T
      Terri WallsAug 1, 2025
If your PowerTech Antenna's LED displays |------ or ------| and stops moving, it indicates that electrical limits have been set. To remove this setting, use the “Limit Off” function on the receiver or press the limit key for more than 10 seconds. The LED will then display “|- - - - - -|”.

Why is my PowerTech Antenna LED light on but not working?
    • G
      gabriela15Aug 9, 2025
If the LED on your PowerTech Antenna lights up but the positioner isn’t responding, it might be due to unstable AC power. To protect the stored data, the positioner locks itself in such situations. Try unplugging the AC power, waiting for more than 10 seconds, and then reconnecting it. A voltage regulator or UPS might be needed.

Why do PowerTech Antenna manual buttons drive for only 1 count?
    • R
      Rose BradfordAug 25, 2025
The manual 34 buttons are designed for fine-tuning only, as the receiver doesn’t fully support this function.
