Important Application Notes:
If a gauge is powered by a 180
°
C battery pack and the ambient temperature is
lower than 20
°
C, the battery pack shall NOT stay at low temperature. Get the
gauge to downhole ASAP.
If there is vibration and/or shock during downhole operations, centralizers
and/or shock absorbers are recommended to use to protect the gauges.
For high gas concentrations (>10%) of CO
2
or H

S applications, bombwell
carriers are recommended to use to protect the gauges. If required to place the
gauges into the gauge carrier (bombwell) using the carrier springs bellow and
above the gauges, torque the gauge carrier connections at 90 ft-Ibs (122 Nm).
