Frequency Inverter (WEG CFW 100)
The Chef Express oven regulates the speed of the blower motor the frequency.
This inverter utilizes a data communication protocol called MODBUS to communicate with the main
control board. The picture below shows the connections of the frequency inverter.
Note: The ground cable must be properly grounded to the oven chassis.
IMPORTANT: The switches on the side of the Frequency Inverter should always be in the ON position.
