On the Workout List, you can find several
preprogrammed heart rate workouts. These workout
courses automatically manage your heart rate at a
target level based on your age. By monitoring your
heart rate and making changes to the equipment’s
settings as you exercise, the workouts keep your heart
rate within a few beats per minute of the target rate.
