Cooking “Modes”

This is the most common mode used for all kinds of cooking. In this mode the Cooktop
will provide high heat for 2 mins to allow food to heat up quickly. The Cooktop then
switches to a lower heat setting and maintains temperature between 160 C & 220 C.
In these modes the Cooktop will start functioning on high heat for about 2 mins and
then switch to medium heat. Once the food is Cooked it automatically goes to “Keep
Warm” mode.
This is applicable to high temperature cooking. The heating temperature can only be
reduced since the Default temperature in high.
This mode is suitable for reheating milk and maintaining it at a temperature of around
70 C. To boil milk use the Hot Pot mode.
Use this mode to quickly boil water. Ensure that the volume of water being boiled
is between 30% & 80% of the Vessel.
This is ideal for foods that need to be cooked at low temperature for a long time.
In this mode the Default Temperature of 100 C cannot be changed. The Default
Duration of 3 hrs can be changed. However the minimum time is 30 min.
