• Appliance installation and maintenance

• Always unplug the appliance before car-
rying out any maintenance operations or
repairs.
• The walls surrounding the oven must
be made of heat-resistant material.
• Taking care NOT to lift the oven by
the door handle.

Before any maintenance is started
involving electrical parts of the appli-
ance, it must be disconnected from the
power supply.
• Let the oven cavity and the heating ele-
ments cool down;
• Switch off the electrical supply;
• Unscrew the protective cover (fig. 5.6);
• Unscrew and replace the bulb with a
new one suitable for high temperatures
(300°C) having the following specifica-
tions: 230-240V 50 Hz, 15W, E14;
• Refit the protective cover.
