Your Travel Scooter may not move when you press the throttle control lever because the manual freewheel lever is pushed forward, which disengages the brakes and cuts power to the motor/transaxle assembly. To fix this, pull back on the manual freewheel lever, turn the Travel Scooter off, and then back on to return to normal operation.
