6. TROUBLE SHOOTING AIDS
6.1. MACHINE IS NOT STARTING
– No electrical power:
– check the fuses
– check that the plug is inserted correctly into the socket
– turn the „O / I“ switch located in front at ON position (I).
– After an electric power interuption:
– After the power is back on, wait for the safety time. When the START push button starts flashing, you
can - after pressing it - continue in the program
– Programming switch is not in „operation - mode“:
– push the switch to the position i.e. operation mode
– Check if the door is closed properly
– Push the START after inserting the correct coin value.
6.2. THE MACHINE IS NOT FILLING / FILLING TIME TOO LONG
– check whether the inlet water taps are open
– water preasure in the mains is too low (less than 1bar)
– water is blocked somewhere, check for kinks in the inlet hoses
– the inlet valve filter is blocked, close water inlet and clean the filter
– inlet valve is damaged, replace it
6.3. WATER REMAINS IN THE MACHINE / DRAIN TIME TOO LONG
– the drain hose or drain pipe is blocked
– on the machine with the drain pump, the pump may be blocked. Check that it is free of dirt
6.4. WATER DOES NOT STAY IN THE MACHINE
– on the machine with a drain valve, the valve may not be closing. If the valve is clean, apply to customer
service
6.5. HEATING TIME TOO LONG
– heating elements are defective
– calcium sediments cover the heating elements, clean or replace them
6.6. DOOR SEAL LEAKAGE
– the door rubber seal is damaged, replace it
– insufficient door pressure, adjust it
6.7. THE MACHINE IS LEAKING
– check that the supply and drain hoses are connected properly
– on machines with a drain pump, check if the pump cover has been screwed on properly
– check whether the washing bath is lathering too much during washing, because the lather may run out
through the soap dispenser or drum venting
6.8. TOO MUCH VIBRATION DURING EXTRACTING
– incorrect linen composition, unload the linen, sort it, add some linen if necessary
– check that the transport braces have been removed
– check the vibration switch adjusting
– check if the dampers inside the machine are hot during extraction. Replace if they are damaged.
6.9. INCORRECT PROGRAM SELECTION
– in the first step of incorrect selection, you can re-select a program by the selection key
