POINT-TO-POINT MEASUREMENT
1. Place the measuring wheel on
the starting point with lowest
point of the wheel on the mark.
2. Proceed to the next mark at
the end of the measurement.
3. Record the reading on the
counter. This is the final
measurement between the
two points.
