OPERATION
IGNITION
WARNING! All metalwork forward of the control section will
become hot and can cause a burn injury. Do not touch
welding head or metal body. Keep the tool away from
flammable objects until the soldering iron has time to cool.
1. Choose and fit a welding head (H) to the end of the butane
soldering iron (1). Fix in place with the screw.
2. Rotate the gas flow control (B) to the third position.
3. Press the ON/OFF switch (A) to the right, the ON position,
and press against the safety lock button (E). This frees the
ignition slider (F) for use and starts the flow of butane gas.
4. Slide the ignition slider (F) down in a quick motion to
ignite the flowing gas. The ON/OFF switch will remain in
the ON position.
