What to do if burner(s) does not light after ODS/pilot is lit in Procom FBD28T?
    • N
      Nichole WrightSep 12, 2025
If your Procom Indoor Fireplace burner(s) does not light after the ODS/pilot is lit, it could be due to a clogged burner orifice. Try cleaning the burner orifice or replacing it. Also, the burner orifice diameter might be too small, in which case you should replace it. Finally, the inlet gas pressure could be too low, so you should contact your local gas supplier.

Why is there no spark at the ODS/pilot when I press the ignitor button on my Procom FBD28T?
    • C
      Chad CrossSep 9, 2025
If the ignitor button is pressed, but there's no spark at the ODS/pilot of your Procom Indoor Fireplace, several factors could be at play. It might be due to incorrect positioning or breakage of the ignitor electrode, in which case you should replace the electrode. Alternatively, the ignitor electrode might not be properly connected to the ignitor cable, necessitating a cable replacement. A pinched or wet ignitor cable could also be the culprit; ensure the cable is free from any obstructions and kept dry. If the cable is broken, replace it. A faulty piezo ignitor or a low battery could also prevent a spark, so consider replacing these components as well.
