What to do if burner(s) does not light after ODS/pilot is lit on my Procom Indoor Fireplace?
    • K
      Katherine ScottAug 22, 2025
If your Procom Indoor Fireplace burner(s) does not light after the ODS/pilot is lit, the burner orifice may be clogged. Clean the burner orifice or replace it. What to do if ODS/pilot lights but flame goes out when control knob is released on Procom FBD32RT?
    • R
      Roger DavisAug 25, 2025
If the ODS/pilot lights but the flame goes out when the control knob is released on your Procom Indoor Fireplace, ensure the control knob is fully pressed in and hold it for 30 seconds after the pilot lights. Also, make sure the equipment shutoff valve is fully open. Check that the thermocouple connection is snug at the control valve, tightening it by hand until it's snug, then give it an additional 1/4 turn. Low gas pressure can cause this issue, so contact your local natural or propane/LP gas company. A dirty or partially clogged ODS/pilot can also be the cause, so clean or replace the ODS/pilot assembly. If the thermocouple is damaged, replace it. If the control valve is damaged, contact customer service.

How to fix no spark at ODS/pilot when ignitor button is pressed in Procom FBD32RT Indoor Fireplace?
    • J
      Jennifer HuntAug 28, 2025
If the ignitor button is pressed and there is no spark at the ODS/pilot of your Procom Indoor Fireplace, the ignitor electrode may be positioned wrong or broken, so replace the electrode. The ignitor electrode may not be connected to the ignitor cable, so replace the ignitor cable. The ignitor cable could be pinched or wet, so free the ignitor cable if pinched and keep it dry. A broken ignitor cable can cause this, so replace the ignitor cable. The piezo ignitor might be bad, so replace it. Also, check for a low battery and replace it if necessary.
