What to do if the Procom Indoor Fireplace ignitor button is pressed in, there is no spark at ODS/pilot?
    • H
      Holly RodgersSep 9, 2025
If there's no spark at the ODS/pilot when you press the ignitor button on your Procom Indoor Fireplace, the ignitor electrode might be positioned wrong or broken; replace the electrode. The ignitor electrode might not be connected to the ignitor cable, so replace the ignitor cable. The ignitor cable could be pinched or wet, so free it if pinched and keep it dry. Also, the ignitor cable could be broken, so replace it. The piezo ignitor could be bad, so replace it. Finally, the battery might be low, so replace it.
