COOLANT FLOW (03) & OVERHEAT (04) Diagnostic Codes
Efficient operation of the heater requires a sufficient amount of coolant in the system and coolant flow.
Problems with the vehicle and PROHEAT coolant system are indicated by the above diagnostic codes.
The OVERHEAT sensor has a manual reset. This device protects the heater from damage and the
coolant system must be checked thoroughly before resetting. See Installation and Service manual
925860 at www.proheat.com for details.
For at least 3 gallons of coolant in the system, ensure the radiator is topped up
That coolant line shut off valves are open
That sleeper heater coolant controls are in the full heat position
