  If your battery isn't charging, but the blue AC power LED and red charging LED are on, ensure all charger cables have correct polarity connections at each battery and that all connections are clean and tight. Also, confirm that no bank trouble status LED indicators are illuminated. With the charger powered on, measure the DC voltage at each battery. If any readings are below 12.8 VDC, disconnect AC power at the 120 VAC outlet and confirm your ProMar1 DS Series model charger is connected correctly as illustrated in the installation drawings.
