Moving Tools
Touch an area of the tool that has nothing on it, keep your nger on the screen and drag the tool to its new position on the
screen.
Rotating Tools
With two ngers touch the areas of the tool that have nothing on it and drag in a circular motion to rotate the tool. The tool
can be rotated freely in either direction.
