Storage Manager (WebPASM)

The Web Promise Advanced Storage Manager (WebPASM) software is factory-

installed on the SmartStor system. WebPASM runs in the browser on your PC.

You can access WebPASM:

• From browser directly. See page 19.

• Connect WebPASM from SmartNAVI. See page 19.

To log into WebPASM in your browser:

1. Start your Browser.

2. In the Browser address field, type in the IP address of the SmartStor.

Note that the IP address shown below is only an example. The IP address

you type into your browser will be different.

Connect WebPASM from SmartNAVI

To log into WebPASM from SmartNAVI:

1. Right-click the SmartStor NAS in the Device list.

2. Choose the Open Advanced Management item to

start the browser and open WebPASM
