It is good practice to register your Vess A-Series system with PROMISE in
order to better support and assist you throughout the life of the product.
If you are not a registered, rst create a user account, then proceed to
register the product. If you are already registered, log in and go to the Product
Registration (see below).
To create a user account:
1. Go to http://www.promise.com/Index, nd Support in the top menu and
move your cursor to select E-Support & RMA.
2. Click on New User Registration.
3. Complete the User Registration form and click the Submit button when
nished. (See example form on next page).
