LUBRICATION
Before lubricating, repairing, or inspecting, always stop the mower,
disengage the blades, set the Parking Brake Handle, and remove the Switch Key to
prevent unintended starting.
FRONT WHEELS
Each of the Front Wheel Spindles are
equipped with a grease fitting.
Lubricate with a No. 2 multi-purpose
grease applied with a grease gun after
every 24 hours of mowing operations.
STEERING GEAR
Steering Gear and Steering Gear Plate
fray easily. Lubricate with a No. 2
multi-purpose grease applied with a
grease gun after every 24 hours of
mowing operations.
TIRES
Refer to the tire sidewall for the exact
tire manufacturer’s recommended or
maximum PSI. Do not over inflate.
Uneven tire pressures could cause the
cutting deck to move unevenly.
The pressures are:
FRONT: 17.4 PSI / 1.2 bar (15 x 6.0-6)
REAR: 14.5 PSI / 1.0 bar (16 x 6.5-8)
Never exceed the maximum ination pressure shown on the sidewall of
the tire.
ADJUSTMENTS
Shut the mower off, remove the Switch Key, and engage the Parking
Brake Handle before making any adjustments. Protect your hands by using heavy gloves
when handling the blade(s).
