Solution
In case of any malfunctions during operation , try resetting the device by long pressing
the ON / OFF button for 10 seconds .
The device does not operate from an
external power source
Possible cause
The USB cable is damaged .
Solution
Replace the USB cable .
Possible cause
The external power supply is discharged .
Solution
Charge the external power supply ( if necessary ).
Blurred image with vertical stripes or an
uneven background
Possible cause
Calibration is required .
