Disassembling
The driving unit is assembled to the volute by two (2) latch bolts.
Loosen the latch bolts with a wrench (supplied with the pump)
and turn the latches free from the flange of the driving unit. The
driving unit can now be separated from the volute.
Exchange of Oil
Exchange of oil should be carried out if the oil is discoloured by
water or when a complete overhaul is done. Place the driving
unit work bench or similar.
Loosen the oil stick carefully and relieve oil housing from over
pressure. Place the driving unit horizontally with the oil stick
pointing down. Loosen the air plug on the opposite side in order
to drain the oil housing quicker. After draining the oil, place the
driving unit in a vertical position and fill new oil, type Enerpar
M002, or similar.
Oil quality:
K 82-104 2,8 litres
K 102-155 4,8 litres
Check that gaskets for oil stick and air plug are in good con-
dition. Tighten oil stick and air plug.
