  If your Pure Enrichment Humidifier isn't producing mist, there are several possible causes. The water tank might be overfilled—empty some water until it's below the fill line. The tank could also be empty, so refill it. A dirty ultrasonic disc can also cause this issue; clean it gently with a soft cloth. Lastly, make sure the air inlet isn't blocked by placing the humidifier on a flat, hard surface to allow proper airflow.
